Privacy Policy

In short: Warith collects no data.

• No accounts. You never sign in or give your name, email or phone number.
• Nothing leaves your phone. Every calculation happens on your device. The app does not connect to the internet to calculate, and it has no servers.
• No tracking, analytics or ads. Warith contains no advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and shares nothing with anyone.

What is stored on your device

Only your preferences are kept on your phone: the language, the school of law you chose, and your currency. The family details you enter are used only to show the result and are not saved after you close the app. Deleting the app removes everything.

Sharing

If you use the Share button, the app hands a text summary of the result to the app you pick (for example Messages). Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it.

Links to sources

Evidence cards include links to the original sources (for example sunnah.com). Tapping one opens that website in your browser, where that site's own privacy policy applies. The app sends nothing about you or your family.

Children

Warith does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

سياسة الخصوصية باختصار: «وارث» لا يجمع أي بيانات.

• لا حسابات. لا تسجّل الدخول، ولا يُطلب منك اسم ولا بريد ولا رقم هاتف.
• لا يخرج شيء من جهازك. تجري كل الحسابات على جهازك، ولا يتصل التطبيق بالإنترنت للحساب، ولا خوادم له.
• لا تتبّع ولا تحليلات ولا إعلانات. ولا يُشارك أي شيء مع أي جهة.

ما يُحفظ على جهازك

تُحفظ تفضيلاتك فقط: اللغة، والمذهب الذي اخترته، والعملة. أما بيانات الأسرة التي تدخلها فتُستعمل لعرض النتيجة فقط ولا تُحفظ بعد إغلاق التطبيق. وحذف التطبيق يحذف كل شيء.

المشاركة

إذا استعملت زر المشاركة، يُسلَّم ملخص نصي للنتيجة إلى التطبيق الذي تختاره، ولا يُشارك شيء إلا باختيارك.

روابط المصادر

في بطاقات الأدلة روابط إلى المصادر الأصلية (مثل sunnah.com)، والضغط عليها يفتح ذلك الموقع في المتصفح، وتسري عليه سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به. ولا يُرسل التطبيق أي شيء عنك أو عن أسرتك.
